• Who: This seminar is open to anyone who wishes to learn more about the current WTF competition rules and regulations.
• Instructor: Master Leon Preston

Master Preston was chosen through a rigorous, global selection process and is only one of three from all of the Western Hemisphere. He will represent, Washington, the United States, and Taekwondo proudly.
