What:The First State Poomsae-Only National Qualifier to be held in Washington When: January 21, 2012 Where: 720 25th AVE, Seattle, WA 98122 (Islamic School of Seattle) Registration through USAT website Judging will be done by W.T.F. International Poomsae Referees, using the current W.T.F. World Poomsae Standard. As a last resort (you are not able to register on hangastar) we will register at the door if you have proper documentation (proof citizenship, photo ID, USAT membership, proof of insurance, money order/cash). This event IS a qualifier for the 2012 National Championships in Dallas Texas in July. ATHLETES:* Registration for the WA State Poomsae Qualifier 2012 is online (see above). We can also register at the door Here is what you need to bring (no exceptions, failure to meet all requirement will result in no participation): USAT Membership card (or number) Insurance card Picture ID (driver license, drivers permit) Proof of Citizenship (passport, birth certificate) Cash $60 (no checks or credit cards) NOTE: Passport would cover both picture ID and US citizenship Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your estimated staging time (see schedule). Be prepared to fill out forms at the door and have all the above items present. If you are missing any of the above you will not be able to compete that day.
